Metal Active Site Superimposition

Here two metalloenzyme structures can be superimposed using the MeCOM program (Li, G. et al. J. Chem. Inf. Model. 2022, 62, 730-739.) and viewed in following graphical interface.

• Step 1: Select two pdb structures for comparison by key-in pdb codes or searching uniport ID or metalloenzyme name and choose the superimposition mode
• Step 2: Submit and wait for a few seconds
• Step 3: View the superimposed structures (or download to view details) and calculated results
